GOOD STRETCH

 
Biggs is not that much different from me.  We both eat, sleep and stretch.

I get up in the morning and lift my arms above my head and arch my back into a good stretch.  Well, Biggs does the same.  He doesn't throw his arms above his head but he slides them in front of him until his belly button is touching the floor and his haunches are up.  Then he throws his body forward until his hind legs are stretched behind him.  I've been known to do that too in yoga class.

Guess, the apple does not fall far from the tree.
